Imaging3 Registration Statement Approved by the SEC
Company Waiting for NASD Approval to Trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board Market
BURBANK, California – September 23, 2005 – Imaging3, Inc., a leading provider of advanced technology medical imaging devices, announced today that its Form SB-2 registration statement has been declared effective by the SEC. The Company is now waiting for NASD approval to trade its shares on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board market.
