Imaging3 Shows 3D, Real Time Medical Images at RSNA
CHICAGO, Illinois -- November
28, 2004 -- Imaging3, a leading provider of advanced technology
medical imaging devices, announced today that it has publicly demonstrated
its new Imaging3 Technology for the first time at the 91st Scientific
Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America
(RSNA). Displays of 3D, real time medical images were presented to attendees,
simulating how high resolution images of virtually any part of the human
body in three dimensions can be instantly viewed by healthcare workers.
Imaging3 Technology has enormous potential to contribute to the improvement
of healthcare. 3D images will be instantly constructed using high-resolution
fluoroscopy and can be used as real time references for any current or
new medical procedures in which multiple frames of reference are required
to perform medical procedures on or in the human body.
