Depository Trust Corporation Approves Imaging3 Shares for Electronic Transfer
DTC Approval Facilitates On-line Trading of IMGG Shares
Burbank, CA ˆ Imaging3, Inc, (OTCBB:IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, reports that the Company's shares have been approved for electronic transfer by Depository Trust Corporation (DTC). DTC is the central clearing house for equity transactions in the United States.
Attaining electronic transfer eligibility means that the transfer of shares from the company's transfer agent to brokerage firms can now be accomplished electronically rather than having to ship paper certificates. Additionally, this means that the share purchase and sale transactions can now be conducted via on-line brokerage firms.
