Imaging3 Scores Big at RSNA Trade Show
Real-Time, Three-Dimensional Medical Imaging Device Takes Spotlight at Annual Symposium

BURBANK, Calif.--Imaging3(TM), Inc. (OTCBB:IMGG - News), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, today reports on the enthusiastic reception to the release of the company's Dominion(TM) product at the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) trade show in Chicago last week. The company's Dominion product was greeted with interest usually reserved for a rock band.

"We are extremely pleased with the attendance and the results from this year's RSNA trade show," stated Dean Janes, CEO of Imaging3. "With the prototype of our Dominion imaging device operating in real-time, our booth was packed from the time the show opened until it closed, every day. We were visited by hospitals from throughout the country and we have come away with indications of interest from multiple facilities throughout the US who are looking to become Luminary sites for the next stage in our product testing and development. These hospitals have specialties in Radiation Oncology, Orthopedics, Spinal Surgery and Vascular Surgery, some of many medical sectors where we believe the Dominion's real-time 3D capabilities will dramatically advance standards of care."

These Luminary sites are an important step toward achieving market success for the company, allowing visitors from other potential customers to view the Dominion in action. The company expects Beta testing of the prototype to commence the clinical trials in January 2007, with the Luminary sites expected to come on line in late 2007, following FDA approval.

"It is a personal vindication to see the level of excitement and interest in our product. We have all worked so very hard on the development of this breakthrough technology," stated Mr. Janes.
