Name to Imaging3, Inc.
BURBANK, California -- August
20, 2002 -- Imaging Services, Inc. a leading provider of
advanced technology medical imaging devices, announced today that
it has changed its corporate name to Imaging3, Inc.
"Our new name better positions the Company
for its future direction -- away from service and towards providing
proprietary medical imaging products," states Dean Janes, the
